HR Change & Restructure Lead Location: Hybrid (1–2 days in the office, GL1 postcode) Pay Rate: £27.43 per hour Contract: 6-month temporary ongoing Hours: 9-5 We are seeking an experienced HR Change & Restructure Lead to drive a significant change programme within the public sector. This role requires CIPD Level 5 and proven experience leading restructures in unionised environments such as the NHS, Local Government, Fire Service, or Education (FE/HE). Key Responsibilities: Lead a major change and restructure programme affecting a significant number of employees. Provide expert HR guidance on change management, ensuring compliance with policies and employment law. Work collaboratively with stakeholders, including trade unions, to ensure smooth transitions. Attend the office at least one day per week, with flexibility to increase attendance when required.Requirements: CIPD Level 5 (Essential) Proven experience leading change and restructure projects in the public sector Strong knowledge of employment law and working within unionised environments Ability to manage sensitive employee relations matters with confidence Flexible to attend the office as needed
