Reporting to – Technical Assurance Manager
Location – Westdown Camp with national travel
Hybrid – travel to office and other sites as required
Hours – 37.5 per week – Monday to Friday
£45,000 per annum plus car allowance of £600 per month + expenses.
Landmarc Support Services are looking to recruit an Authorised Person (Gas) to support the delivery of our National FM contract. You will be based within a commutable distance to Westdown Camp in Wiltshire, but national travel to our sites will be expected in this role.

Main Responsibilities
To be the Gas Safety Management subject matter expert for the business
Ensure all GSMP’s are produced, approved, reviewed and issued
Ensure the business has sufficient Gas RP’s in the Regions and provide cover where required
Monitor and Mentor the Gas RP’s and any designates
Attend Gas Safety Case Audits
Maintain the Gas Safe Register for the business
Attend DIO Gas Working Group Meetings (on-line) and disseminate to regional staff
Manage and monitor all audit observations and progress of works arising - Entropy
Maintain a library of RP training certificates, appointment certificates and audit reports
Produce and present reports where required
The Ideal Candidate
To be the National Authorised Person for the business
To be appointed as an Electrical HV/LV, Petroleum and Mechanical Authorised Person
Ensure all AP audits are planned and arranged
Ensure the business has sufficient AP’s in the Regions and provide cover where required – Electrical, Petroleum and Mechanical
Monitor and Mentor the AP’s and any designates
Attend AP Audits where required
Maintain the master AP List and BI Dashboard for the business
Attend DIO Electrical and Fuels Working Group Meetings (on-line)
Manage and monitor all audit observations and progress of works arising - Entropy
Maintain a library of AP training certificates, appointment certificates and audit reports
Produce and present reports where required
