Location: Grantham
Salary: Up to £43,000 (depending on experience, qualifications & skills)
Bonus: Generous bonus scheme available
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Saturdays: On rota basis
About the Role: Our client, a well-established main dealership in Grantham, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy and growing Service Department. Key Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance, servicing, and repairs to motor vehicles to the highest standards.
Diagnose faults and carry out necessary repairs or replacements.
Complete all work efficiently, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
Keep accurate records of all service and repair work carried out.
Maintain a safe and tidy workshop environment.Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
Experience: At least 2 years’ experience working in a similar role, ideally within a main dealership or busy workshop.
