A P Systems is one of the UK's longest established IT solutions providers.
In order to expand our customer base, we are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated Business Development Manager at our head office in Cullen.
Duties Include:
1. Planning and implementing lead generation and sales growth strategies to grow our business by an aggressive acquisition of new customers;
2. Generating interest in the company's products & services by developing relationships with prospective customers;
3. Building a pipeline of leads & new potential customers;
4. Recommending solutions;
5. Preparing proposals and ensuring all enquiries are followed through;
6. Attending meetings with existing & prospective customers;
7. Negotiating & closing deals;
8. Identifying potential for product improvements & introducing new products;
9. Serving as the public face of the company;
10. Owning the entire sales process from lead generation to closure.

3. Excellent organisation, time management and follow-up skills, along with the ability to manage several opportunities simultaneously;
4. Great telephone, verbal and written communication skills;

6. Highly self-motivated, driven, a real go-getter; a hunter motivated by uncapped earnings potential.
This is not a position for someone accustomed to using an existing customer base as a starting point, but for someone eager to seek out new customers from the outset.
An uncapped commission is awarded in addition to basic salary.
