Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with our mission and values. Oversee all internal and external communications, ensuring consistency and clarity across all channels. Lead the development and execution of corporate branding initiatives to enhance our reputation and visibility. Manage a talented team of communications professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure effective communication of organizational goals and initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including residents, partners, and the media. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust as needed to achieve desired outcomes. The Ideal Candidate Proven experience in a senior communications role, with a focus on both internal and external communications. Strong background in corporate branding and stakeholder engagement. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex communication challenges.
