The Role
Due to the growth of our Sixth Form, we are seeking an engaging and passionate teacher to deliver Sociology to highly motivated girls in Key Stage 5. Sociology is a very popular A Level subject choice for our pupils.
The successful candidate should have the capability to teach A level, creating challenging and thought-provoking lessons, with an emphasis on creativity and collaboration.
The ability to offer a second subject for KS3, such as a Humanities subject, or another Social Science at KS5 such as Psychology, Business or Economics would be an advantage. Please ensure that you state any additional subjects that you are able to teach within your application.
This role would be ideally suited to an ECT, who is looking to join a supportive department and faculty, with superb ECT provision for professional development, or would suit an experienced teacher.
