Working as a Double ECA Crew, provide a professional and caring service to all patients. Providing the highest standards of clinical and personal care within the inter-hospital and pre-hospital environment, within your scope of practice. Responding to operational requirements in a safe and efficient way as directed by the Emergency Control Centre. Driving all types of approved Ambulance Service vehicles under normal conditions in accordance with road traffic law. Role Requirements: Hold a UK manual ‘Category B’ driving licence for at least 1 years and no more than 3 points on your licence. You will hold a FREC 4 or equivalent qualification. Physical fitness is important in this role as there is sometimes a requirement to reach inaccessible patients in a hurry, carry out manual handling and CPR. Have a warm and caring personality with the ability to connect with people. Lastly, you will have quality references covering the last three years of employment history and a satisfactory, enhanced DBS check.
