Our office is in Hebburn, South Tyneside, about 20 minutes from Newcastle centre, with good public transport links. Your role will include: Driving varied and interesting HR projects tackling key issues that affect our people, including the roll out of new processes and initiatives. Collaborating with HR colleagues to support the business through change and help ing to shape the future of work. Understanding employee-employer relations procedures and how cases are managed in a professional environment. Researching and analysing data to s hape current and future HR activities. You'll also have the flexibility throughout the internship to focus on topics and projects which most interest you. What do I need to apply? Currently pursuing a 2:2 or above in a HR or business-oriented degree with a demonstrable interest in a career in HR. Possess a logical mindset, a thirst for self-learning and research, and a knack for out-of-the-box problem-solving. Excel at working independently, taking ownership of challenges, and have the potential to drive and lead change.
