Lead Creator
Location: Milton Keynes
Role Profile (The purpose of the role)
CreatePay are a leading provider of payment solutions products, dedicated to helping small to medium sized UK businesses streamline their payment processes. We are currently looking for dynamic and results-driven Lead Creator to join our team. As a Lead Creator, you will be responsible for generating appointments via contacting SME businesses in the UK to drive the adoption of our payment solutions products.
· Excellent Basic Salary with uncapped commission (OTE £45,000)

Reports to: Call Centre Team Leader
Responsibilities of the role (What we want you to do)
1. Promoting a culture of growth through sales across the business
1. Maintaining a positive attitude that inspires co-workers and clients to grow the business
2. Meet and exceed sales target
3. Identify and target businesses within the CreatePay ideal customer profile through cold calling.
4. Create appointments for out Area Sales Managers to conduct in-person visits to present our payment solutions products to potential clients.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
6. Understand the pain points of each prospect
7. Communicate the benefits and features of our payment solutions
8. Stay updated on payment trends, competitor offerings, and our product portfolio to provide informed guidance to clients.
Success Measures (What success in the role looks like)
1. Achieve all sales targets in a consistent manner (month by month)
2. Maintain high levels of sales volume
3. Achieve all agreed objectives with positively trending relative key performance indicators
Requirements
Experience (What you need to have already done to be right for this role)
1. Successful track record of working in a sales team and an ability to demonstrate an ability to grow and develop.
2. Proven experience in a sales role in a B2B sales capacity.
3. Relatable and positive experience of working in a fast-paced transforming organisation, where everything isn’t perfect, but we’re working hard to get there.

1. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
2. Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
5. Knowledge of payment solutions or financial products is a plus.
6. An ability to strike accord with prospects over the phone.
