Job Description
The Account Manager will play a central role in managing and nurturing client relationships across our key clients including and Outdoor Clothing Brand, Hospitality Group and Communications Technology business. You will be responsible for driving client briefs from conception to completion, ensuring seamless communication between clients and the studio.
This dynamic role requires a proactive approach, managing multiple projects across online and offline channels, while delivering exceptional client service. Key responsibilities include coordinating campaigns, drafting creative briefs, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring that all client needs are met efficiently. You’ll work closely with internal teams to translate client objectives into effective marketing strategies, while also monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
Responsibilities
* Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
* Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
* Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth
* Manage all reporting about the position of customers' accounts
* Brief the design team with clarity and confidence. Assess where projects are up to and convey lead times to clients, keeping them updated at all times.
* Manage and track the agreed budget v actual time spent.
Requirements
* Previous account management experience in a design agency
* Highly organised with strong project management skills, ensuring deadlines and briefs are met
* Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
* Willingness and ability to travel
* Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets and driving ROI
* Detail-oriented, with excellent time management and multitasking capabilities
