Are you experienced in dealing with customer orders? If so, we would love to hear from you. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Order Processor to join one of our well-established clients in Oldham. Working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, paying a competitive salary of £23,500 per annum.
What will you be doing as a Sales Order Processor?
1. Working within a team of 10 staff, supporting the needs of sales orders coming into the business.
2. Taking orders from customers, over the phone and on email.
3. Updating customer and order details on the in-house computer system.
4. Liaising with the warehouse on stock inventory and delivery dates in line with customer orders.
5. Updating customer orders and ensuring that they are meeting expectations in line with schedules and delivery ETA.
6. Problem solving and being resilient to dealing with any issues.
7. Working as part of a team.
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
1. Experience in working within a Sales Team or as an order processor, sales administrator, or sales order processor.
2. Experience working within stock inventory and control processing orders.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Resilience and ability to work as part of a team.
