Hours Mon- Fri 07:00 16:30 (45 hours) working one in 9 Saturdays (08:00-12:00) Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and develop a team of four maintenance controllers and planners, providing guidance, training, and support as needed Manage and develop maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the timely servicing and repair of trailers. Conduct regular inspections of trailers to identify maintenance needs and address any issues promptly. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure services for repairs and maintenance activities, with appropriate SLAs and measures in place. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and service history. Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment. Analyse maintenance data, cost, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with other departments to optimise trailer utilisation and efficiency.
