One of the London's most progressive contractors are looking for an Administrator to join their exciting commercial fit out team.
This position is well-suited for you, if you enjoy taking responsibility and contributing to team dynamics, Your excellent communication and eye for detail skills, both written and spoken will enable you to be very successful in your duties.
Your role will include but not be limited to:
• Processing data entry from orders and sub-contractors
• Maintaining record systems and filing required documentation using Aconex
• Querying and chasing up problems with suppliers and resolving issues promptly
• Producing excel spreadsheets
• Assist with the general running of the office alongside the Office Manager, including deputising on occasions.
