Training design and delivery: Content Author - Create e-learning and blended learning courses with careful consideration of the use of different media and resources for high-quality learning experiences. Project leader - Lead training design projects in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Collaborative approach - Collaborate with teams across their group to ensure relevant knowledge and skills are included in the course material. Commitment to learning - Learn and develop skills with various software and other training tools. Quality focused - Deliver high-quality training to their customers around the world. Data gathering - Proactively seek feedback on training through post-training follow-up. Presentation skills - Present at events and conferences as required. Process driven - Ensure training is consistent and of a high standard, created in compliance with training processes. Product knowledge - Maintain your own knowledge of their products and solutions and keep up to date with industry trends. Raising the bar - Contribute to the ongoing development of their LMS by sharing ideas and a willingness to try new things. Grid for Schools: Group outlook - Support the development of resources for their Grid for Schools offer liaising with the Product Manager for Education and teams across the Group as needed. Customer-focused - Support the delivery of training for schools and education settings through their Grid for Schools training plan. Team: Team player - Contribute to the delivery of team and group-wide training targets, including increasing their reach through promotion of training on social media. Essential Qualifications/skills/experience: Relevant training qualification or experience Knowledge of instructional design for digital training Experience in Augmentative and Alternative Communication and Assistive Technology (AAC) Excellent writing skills Creative and open to trying new ideas Ability to collaborate across multiple teams Relevant experience in delivering training in both face-to-face and online settings Confident public speaker Flexible Excellent interpersonal communication and presenting skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Ability to prioritise effectively An understanding of the AAC market and their competitors Willingness to learn new things and a commitment to CPD Why join our client?
