The Role - Digital Communications & Social Media Executive

You'll play a pivotal role in developing social media strategies, crafting innovative content, and supporting internal and external communications. Reporting to the Communications & PR Officer, you'll contribute to marketing content across multiple channels while ensuring the smooth delivery of internal employee communications. Occasional site visits will also form part of your content creation responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities - Digital Communications & Social Media Executive

1. Develop engaging social media strategies aligned with company objectives.
2. Create and schedule content tailored for maximum reach and impact.
3. Monitor social media platforms, responding to queries and engaging with audiences.
4. Analyse performance metrics (e.g., Google Analytics) and produce insights.
5. Produce newsletters, manager briefings, and employee updates.
