In this role, you will:
1. Lead FP&A across EMEA IFP (International Family Care and Professional) business, partnering with EMEA Family Care Cluster Director to drive strategy deployment and deliver results.
2. Provide analytical support to EMEA IFP CFO on key strategic projects or finance initiatives.
3. Drive FP&A activities across EMEA IFP business, managing MID resources and collaborating with IFP HQ team (includes Weekly Outlook, Monthly results, Quarterly Forecast, ABP, SBP).
4. Identify Risks / Opportunities and prepare high-quality analysis and recommendations to EMEA IFP leadership team.
5. Set challenging goals and targets for EMEA Family Care and develop strategies and plans to support the Family Care ABP/SBP.
6. Conduct commercial analysis to support strategy execution, strengthen in-market performance, optimize resources, and improve overall decision making.
7. Collaborate across Finance function and EMEA IFP analysis team to build capability, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.

In one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
1. CIMA qualified with 10+ years professional experience in Commercial Finance with at least 3 years in leadership positions with increased responsibility for results delivery, business planning & strategic decision making.
2. FMCG experience with strong business acumen and in-depth knowledge of W Europe retail environment (is an advantage), experience in strategy development, revenue management, solving complex problems, decision making.
3. Strong data management skills, attention to detail/accuracy, and proven capability to lead, organize, prioritize and deliver high-quality output under time pressure.
4. Proven ability to lead, challenge and influence across functional & geographic boundaries – at senior levels of the organization – and deliver results.
5. Clear and compelling communication – both written and verbal. Ability to deliver succinct and impactful recommendations to both operational teams and senior stakeholders.
