Join the Estates Division as an Estate Data Technician within the Business Information Team, leveraging knowledge of Autodesk products, space management systems, and GIS systems. Collaborate with the Estate Data Team, surveyors, and other University departments to maintain digital records and provide data as required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Update and maintain digital records, including drawings, models, and space/occupancy data
• Collaborate with the Estate Data Team, surveyors, and other University departments
• Provide data as required to support project-based work
• Prioritize and complete tasks on time with minimal supervision
Requirements:
• Experience with Autodesk products (AutoCAD, Revit)
• Knowledge of space management systems (Micad) and GIS systems (Esri, ArcGIS) advantageous
• Surveying and data analysis experience
• Ability to manage complex records and contribute to project-based work
