We are currently recruiting a Groundworks Site Manager to join the company and assist in managing a package consisting of roads, foundations, sewers, brickwork and drainage based in Sheffield.
My client has ongoing and continuous work for the right candidate.
Groundworks Site Manager responsibilities:
* Controlling safety, quality & environmental activities
* Site supervision
* Health & safety management
* Supervising labour and staff
* Producing method statements and risk assessments
* Site cost/value control
* Programming
* Commercial reporting
* Client liaisonOrganizing plant & materials.
Groundworks Site Manager Requirements:
* Must have experience working on residential projects.
* SMSTS/CSCS
* First Aid
* Experienced with working with sub contractors.
