* Pricing and Tendering:Prepare accurate and competitive tenders for slip-form and cladding projects, ensuring profitability.
* Contract Negotiation:Negotiate contracts with subcontractors, securing favourable terms and conditions.
* Financial Reporting:Prepare regular financial reports, including profit and loss statements, cash flow forecasts, and variance analysis.
* Procurement Strategy:
Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with project goals and objectives, ensuring timely acquisition of materials and services.
* Supplier Management:
Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers and subcontractors; negotiate contracts and terms to secure the best pricing and quality.
* Budget Management:
Monitor and manage project budgets, including tracking costs and forecasting potential overruns. Provide regular cost reports and recommendations for cost-saving measures.
* Supply Chain Oversight:
