Full time - Monday - Friday (8:30am - 3:30pm) Pay Rate: From £105/ day PAYE! We are seeking a dedicated Inclusion Room Manager to join our team and support students aged 11-16. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to work with small groups of 1-8 students per day, delivering targeted behaviour interventions and promoting positive engagement within the school community.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the daily operations of the Inclusion Room, creating a nurturing and structured environment.
2. Deliver tailored behaviour interventions to support student development and re-engagement with learning.
3. Build strong, positive relationships with students, fostering trust and mutual respect.
4. Monitor and encourage positive behaviour, setting high expectations for student progress and conduct.
5. Collaborate with teaching staff and support services to create individualised plans for students.
About You:
We are looking for someone with:
1. Proven experience in managing and delivering behaviour interventions for young people.
2. Excellent relationship-building skills to support and inspire students.
3. A proactive approach and high expectations to encourage positive behaviour and learning outcomes.
4. Strong communication and organisational skills to manage student progress effectively.
