Neural Pathways has a unique part-time opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist to join our friendly and supportive team in Northamptonshire and Leicestershire. We’re looking for a dedicated professional with at least 3 years’ experience who is motivated to work across all areas of neurological rehabilitation. As a Physiotherapist, you will provide support to our teams based at Kingly Croft in Leicestershire and Kingly Terrace in Northampton, therefore a Full UK Driving License and access to a car is essential for this role.

What you'll be working:
This role is 22.5 hours per week – 2 days at Kingly Croft in Leicestershire and 1 day at Kingly Terrace in Northampton. We understand the need for a positive work-life balance and would be happy to discuss flexible working for the right candidate.
What you'll be doing:
1. Provide assessment, treatment, and management of challenges to physical abilities.
2. Function as a key therapist to ensure active co-ordination and management of the therapeutic timetables and programmes to achieve the client’s agreed rehabilitation goals.
3. Ensure accurate documentation of assessment, treatment, and outcome measures.
4. Be a great team player and be willing to go that extra mile for your clients and their family.
5. Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with people with cognitive impairment and communication difficulties.
6. Liaise with family, carers, and significant others where appropriate to ensure client’s needs are met to a high standard.
7. You will be supported by experienced and skilled senior staff, and have protected training, CPD, and peer support time within your job.
What you'll have:
1. HCPC registration.
2. 3 years’ postgraduate work experience.
3. Full UK Driving License and access to a car.
4. Experience of working within a neurological rehabilitation setting.
5. Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS.
