You will be based at our Sheffield site. This role is offered on a hybrid basis, with the expectation of an average of two days per week in the office and some nationwide travel to our clinics (Approx. Two clinic visits per month) The Role As Quality Engineer, you be a strong and influential part of the Quality team, providing support to our Sheffield site and Clinical Services. Facilitating the retention of our ISO 9001 and 13485 certification and the development of the Quality Management System. Key duties: Supporting the management of our internal / external audit programme CAPA and quality investigation reporting Producing reports analysing data to help drive improvement. Supporting all departmental needs in relation to QMS and improvement programmes/initiatives within Patient Solutions. Keeping abreast of changing quality assurance techniques and principles. Determining the need for Patient Solutions procedures where group processes cannot be implemented. Quality lead for QA projects relating to Patient Solutions Maintaining and managing the current company systems ISO9001/ISO13485 and future standards/systems. What are we looking for? Key Skills: Degree qualified or equivalent experience in a similar role. Demonstrated experience in a Quality Assurance role, which includes auditing. Good working knowledge of ISO 9001 or 13485 (Desirable) Strong communicator with good interpersonal Highly analytical Able to assess information and data leading to rational judgements and successful conclusions. Ability to work as part of a team. Self-starter, able to work independently with minimum support. Ability to manage changing priorities adapting to multiple projects at the same time.
