Responsibilities
* Lead and manage bids and tender submissions for the Transport business, reporting to the Business Development Director.
* Manage Bid Teams across Warwick and London, planning resources and ensuring effective bid production.
* Ensure high-quality, timely bids in accordance with Telent’s procedures, continuously seeking improvements.
* Monitor bid costs and improve return on bid investment.
* Develop relationships with customers through meetings and presentations.
* Oversee Bid Team performance, KPIs, and SLAs.
* Lead bid strategies, manage bid materials from Go/No Go to submission, and support post-submission activities.
* Plan workloads, forecast bids, and track costs and success rates.
* Maintain the Bid library and conduct bid reviews for continuous improvement.
