Salary: £34,000 per annum

About the Role:
This role is responsible for supporting the catering operation across hospitality lounges on matchdays, and the planning and delivery of Conference and Events (C&E) business on non-matchdays. You will ensure that all aspects of the lounge and C&E operation are delivered in a quality, customer-focused manner, combining attention to detail and experience excellence whilst striving to exceed guest expectations.
Responsibilities:
1. Work with the Head Of Hospitality to deliver & plan matchdays & C&E business on non-matchdays.
2. Facilitate day-to-day clients and operations, ensuring that we are meeting expectations.
3. Management of all allocated C&E events as required and rostered, ensuring operational P&L and paperwork is completed.
4. Management of a Hospitality lounge on a matchday for all home games.
5. Oversee & deliver the setup of all matchday hospitality lounges & C&E functions, overseeing a variable team of up to 10 across various roles.
6. Completion of all relevant system paperwork (including RTS, POS Requirements, UBEYA).
7. Completion of C&E P&L – working closely with the planning team to ensure pre and post profit and loss accounts are completed for C&E business.
8. Inspire, strive and be an ambassador for the business to deliver exceptional service to our clients and guests.
9. Support and lead the events team, handling the development of our people to ensure we have the right people in the right roles.
10. Drive innovation within our events product including mapping customer journey, market trends, competitor analysis, and client walkthrough.
11. Research food trends alongside Head Of Operations & Head Of Hospitality, ensuring menu offerings meet customer needs.
12. Create SOPs for all event deliverables.
13. Ensure allergies and specific dietary requirements are prioritized when liaising with the kitchen and staff are briefed accordingly.
14. Maintain key relationships and schedules with both internal and external clients.
15. Foster transparent and genuine relationships with co-workers and the wider Levy UK family.
16. Plan and deliver allocated suites for matchday delivery.
