QLM Search is partnering with a leading specialist Ingredients group with a Business Development / Sales Manager. The business is a niche, fast growth leader in providing niche solutions to Beverage and Food Groups. They require a proven Business Developer/Sales Manager, with a focus on the UK that can create and drive the customer strategy to maximise sales growth.
Reporting the Sales Director and close links to the CEO they value someone who has a commercial "GM" type mindsets and with this in mind, it is critical that the successful candidate has an understanding of working and building relationship with complex food and beverage groups.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment, where they have the autonomy to build world class partnerships with their customer base. Furthermore, they will have built their career with either a B2B Ingredients business, or a Flavor house, where they honed their skills in key account management and business development within the Food & Beverage category.
