As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in supporting both residents and staff throughout the night. Your responsibilities will include: ✅ Motivating and leading the care team to provide exceptional support. ✅ Ensuring safety and well-being by following all safeguarding policies and procedures. ✅ Supervising & mentoring Care Workers to help them develop and thrive. ✅ Maintaining records and documenting any concerns accurately. What Skills and Experience Do You Need? At Dan y Bryn, our Pobl Values—Positive, Connected, and Considerate—are always at the forefront of our minds. We’re looking for someone who shares these values and has: ✅ At least 2 years’ experience in a care worker role. ✅ NVQ/QCF Level 2 (or equivalent) and a willingness to work towards Level 3. ✅ Experience in implementing and updating care plans, risk assessments, and audits. ✅ Leadership experience, including team management, supervision, and conducting annual appraisals.
