M4 Recruitment are currently looking for a part time customer service advisor for one of our clients based in Cheney Manor, Swindon. This is a part time role working approximately 20 hours per week. Hours of work are: Monday 08.30am - 12.30pm Tuesday to Friday 0900am - 1.00pm Responsibilities of the role include: Booking/updating service requests onto call management systems Contacting customers via different platforms and methods Arrange the collection and returns of company products Managing customer enquiries and expectations. Liaising with couriers & other 3 rd parties. Communicating statuses back and forth with internal service support team who manage the customer accounts. Requirements: Previous experience in customer service or a related field (1 year) Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Proficiency in using CRM systems. Excellent problem-solving skills Attention to detail.
