About the Role:
We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our Central Division in the role of Client Referral Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a key team that supports providing a customer centric experience. We are dedicated to providing prospective clients with the range of treatment options available, and assisting them take their first steps into the most suitable pathway.
Duties include:
1. Answering inbound client calls surrounding initial treatment enquiries
2. Answering client emails surrounding initial treatment enquiries
3. Accurate logging of client data into internal systems, and in line with GDPR guidelines
4. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in helping clients access treatment
5. Ability to recognise vulnerability and following safeguarding protocols when necessary
6. Tailoring available services in line with client needs
What we would like from you:
7. A minimum on 2 years previous experience in a client facing role either over the phone or face to face
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
9. Confidently handle calls where you will talk about difficult subjects, support vulnerable customers, and deliver solutions with care and empathy
10. Ability to work a varied shift pattern including weekends
