About Our Client
Page Group are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading manufacturer who supply products to B2B customer both in the UK and Europe. Based in Newcastle, they are now looking for a Customer Service Manager to join the team
Job Description
* Lead and manage the internal customer service team supporting customers via phone and email
* Ensure a world class level of service is provided to B2B customer - both UK and Export
* Manage end to end order process from initial order progressing through to dispatch and delivery, working across all touch-points throughout the journey
* Ensure customers are kept fully informed of any changes around their order
* Work closely with production and planning to manage lead times and help create a dispatch plan
* Work closely with in house and 3rd party logistics to arrange the smooth movement of goods including creation of export documentation
* Review and improve process and procedures where required that drive positive outcomes across efficiency, customer satisfaction and cost
* Support dales function with admin, pricing and customer support where required
* Create and present reports around customer behaviour, to drive strategic decision making
The Successful Applicant
* Experience in a similar customer service management role
* Experience within a manufacturing, supply chain or export focused business
* Strong customer centric approach
* Ability to motivate and inspire others
* Export knowledge (desirable)

Working Monday to Friday - 08-30 - 17-00 on site
Generous salary on offer of up to £50,000 depending on experience along with excellent company benefits
