Business Development Manager (digital agency) c. £70k (flex) plus high comms potential We’ve partnered exclusively with this absolutely brilliant digital marketing agency looking to bring in an ambitious senior business developer. They are a leader in the field and with offices in London, Manchester and NY, with a big vision and growth plans for 2025. Their offering is a blend of strategy, creativity, channel activation and digital and with a client base that includes Marks & Spencer and Virgin. This role reports into the VP of Growth and you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across all offices to craft targeted messages to convert prospects into long-term clients. You’ll have a sizeable internal network of support to help you achieve your goals including a team of marketers, designers, PR, BDRs and an external BD agency. The ideal candidate will be highly ambitious and growth focussed and be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the UK/US performance marketing landscape. You’ll need to have a min of 5 years experience in pitching and retaining large brands within e-commerce/retail, travel and finance sectors. We will also need to see examples of you selling multi-channel deals worth £250K or more in annual revenue.
