We are responsible for identifying, onboarding and growing new merchants as well as creating long term strategies to develop existing businesses on TikTok Shop. The team manages hundreds of merchants and thousands of products which customers are able to buy on TikTok Shop. Merchants sell by posting their own content, or by working with creators to post content on their behalf. Our hard -working team ensures each brand's success by providing tailored solutions and hands-on support.Responsibilities:Drive and manage the merchant partnership and experience end-to-end, including continuous merchant development.Work with creators and presenters to produce high quality eCommerce content driving revenue through detailed operations work.Utilise data proficiently to deeply understand pain points, formulate business requirements, identify opportunities and prioritise solutions.Be an expert in TikTok commerce operations, identify opportunities for service and content, carry responsibility for category performanceOwn internal projects to contribute to the industry ecosystem as a whole (including campaigns, product launches, B2B marketing). Utilise data proficiently to deeply understand pain points, formulate business requirements, identify opportunities and prioritise solutions.QualificationsMinimum qualifications:Currently in your penultimate year studying a Bachelor's degree or above, graduating in 2026Must be available in June 2025 for 12 weeksStrong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, logical thinking, and analytical skillsCustomer service orientation and experience working in a client facing capacity.Quick learner, proactive and resilient.
