The role is varied and diverse and involves supporting staff working in the Service as well as staff visiting the Service. If you would like to discuss the role please contact Maureen.Middletonsolent.nhs.uk Main duties of the job The post holder will be expected to act as part of the administration team and as such, the job will involve working alongside and supporting other members of the Occupational Health team. The role is to carry out office administration and reception tasks, working in support of the Admin Manager and team, helping with smooth running of the admin service and support of junior office staff. The use of a range of computer systems is required of the post holder. Interaction with members of the multidisciplinary Occupational Health team, staff members and managers using the service is a regular feature of the job. As a first point of contact for customers, this role involves being able to identify and prioritise information to inform decisions on the urgency of a response. The ability to work under own initiative and to prioritise own workload and to work to deadlines is an important aspect of the job.
