Key Duties Include:
1. Data Management & Validation : Handle e-track queries and validate reports from Information Services.
2. Communication : Manage incoming telephone inquiries, liaising with internal and external stakeholders professionally and promptly.
3. Direct Support to Clinical Staff : Provide essential administrative assistance to consultants and nurse specialists, including diary and appointment management.
4. Supervision of Band 2 Staff : Oversee and supervise Band 2 team members, including performance appraisals (MPAs).
5. Clinic Management : Utilise the Clinician system to schedule or cancel clinics as needed, ensuring optimal clinic utilisation.
6. Email Management : Respond to emails across multiple mailboxes, keeping communication smooth and organised.
