Job Title Test Analyst Responsible To Senior Front End Developer Mobilityways is on a mission to make zero carbon commuting a reality. We produce ground-breaking climate tech empowering large employers to measure, reduce and report on their commuter emissions. As an exceptional Test Analyst within our product development team you will bring a deep understanding of quality assurance and testing lifecycle, working alongside product managers and software developers to lead QA and automated testing of web apps and mobile apps for our suite of products. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality software. Main duties Collaborating with the product team to define acceptance criteria Creation of automated frontend tests. Manual QA testing. Collaborating with the development team to help investigate and resolve issues identified in either automated tests or manual QA. Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing Essentials Prior experience as a software test analyst Experience with manual QA processes. Experience with automated frontend testing of web apps and/or mobile apps (or the ability to learn). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. An ability to work well with others while also managing your own work. A hunger for learning and growing as an individual. Happy to embrace Hybrid working - based in our Norwich office twice a week. Desirables Experience with Cypress or Playwright for testing web apps. Experience with Maestro for testing React Native apps. Experience with Scrum. An interest in AI and it's impact on the QA process.
