Our client, a successful fintech operating throughout England & Wales are looking to recruit a bright, well organised and articulate team member to join their Credit Control department.
You will mainly support the Credit Control Manager, ensuring that every account is looked after with meticulous detail.
Main responsibilities will include;
Managing a portfolio of customer accounts
Dealing with general customer queries
Maintenance of correspondence records and conversations
Accurate and timely update of customer case notes
