Main duties of the job To support and delegate responsibility for the provision of clinical pharmaceutical services to the area of responsibility within the Division. To deputise for the Pharmacy Team Lead Integrated Medicine when appropriate. To provide a consistently high pharmaceutical service to patients in line with the Trust corporate objectives and the NHS plan.
