As anIT Infrastructure Specialist - Networking, you’ll bring experience of working in a modern ITIL-based IT service organisation including incident, problem and change management, managing a complex, national multi-site IT infrastructure and excellent written and verbal skills. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a natural flair for building relationships on a positive and proactive attitude.

As ourSenior Infrastructure Engineer–(Network), you will:
1. Optimise the network infrastructure, focusing on reducing complexity, technical debt and improving performance.
2. Drive automation initiatives to reduce repetitive tasks and streamline operations, freeing up time for strategic improvements and innovation.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy solutions that meet evolving business needs.
4. Guide and support team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement without network engineering team.
To succeed as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer (Network), you will need:
5. Versatile experience working in diverse environments, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills across different network setups and architectures.
6. Capable of thriving in a remote work setting within a busy and complex network infrastructure environment.
7. Vendor agnostic approach, adept at working with a variety of networking technologies and solutions to best meet the needs of the business.
8. A proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
9. Strong communication skills, able to convey technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
10. Proactive and self-motivated, with a drive for continuous improvement and a commitment to staying abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in network engineering.
