About You
* Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate the follow:
* Experience of leading and managing supported living services
* Experience of managing teams with knowledge of culture change
* A clear understanding of the need to build and sustain partnerships with stakeholders, other third sector providers and preferably knowledge of working within the North Lanarkshire area
* The ability to lead our business strategy at a local level whilst promoting Adigo with an emphasis on growing our business.
* Full driving License with access to your own vehicle
* SVQ level 4 or the ability to work towards the relevant qualification required for your SSSC registration
Additional Details
This is a permanent, full-time position requiring participation in an on-call rota. It is office-based, with an annual salary of £30,000 increasing as you grow in the role.
