Assistant Company Secretary – Bristol Our client is looking to recruit an Assistant Company Secretary on a permanent basis. The role will be based on working from Bristol on a hybrid basis. This role will be to take responsibility for day-to-day company secretarial support functions, working closely with the Group Company Secretary and other team members to maintain an efficient and professional company secretariat function across the Group. The role offers the opportunity to help establish and develop new systems and processes, working closely with the legal and commercial teams to ensure full compliance with all applicable regulations. Assistant Company Secretary Responsibilities: Company secretarial management of a portfolio of 100% owned, third party and joint venture projects. Use of Blueprint OneWorld to maintain statutory registers. Preparation and distribution of agenda and board packs. Attending and taking minutes of board meetings. Preparation and filing of documents with Companies House to comply with statutory requirements. Preparation and issue of loan note documents and maintenance of loan note registers. Assistant Company Secretary Requirements Previous company secretarial experience. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Excellent standard of general education. ICSA qualified/part-qualified. Extensive minute-taking experience.
