CR Powered by Epiroc is now looking for a CNC Machinist to join our high performing manufacturing team. Our capabilities specialize in heavy fabrication and repair work including rigging repairs for dragline products as well as stainless steel fabrication, both MIG & TIG welding, belt cleaners and conveyor solutions.
As a CNC Machinist you will be responsible for a wide range of fabrication, machining, and manufacture as well as first fit supervision for our customers based in the Hunter Valley and local Newcastle region. This is a unique opening for someone with a strong background in CNC Machining to take on a dynamic role that gives you the opportunity to work at our production facility in Tomago, NSW.
The successful applicant will have:
1. CNC programming experience (fagar programmer is preferred)
2. Manual machining experience
3. Previous experience with CAD Software such as Solidworks
4. Proven commitment to Health, Safety and Environment
5. Be physically fit and able to pass a pre-employment medical assessment and drug and alcohol test
6. Excellent demonstrated record of reliability
7. Available for immediate start is ideal
