About The Role
We are seeking an Electrician to join us on our new Facilities Management Contract working mobile across Yorkshire County. GRAHAM FM will provide services related to both planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance of facilities in relation to mechanical and electrical assets, building fabric, roofing, roller shutter doors, fire alarm systems and domestic gas boilers.

The Multi Skilled Electrician will be responsible for:
* Executing reactive and planned electrical repairs and installations as directed, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
* Representing GRAHAM with professionalism in all client interactions, delivering excellent and courteous service.
* Completing and submitting accurate documentation in both hard copy and electronic formats in a timely manner.
* Utilizing issued electronic devices to efficiently record and complete work tasks.
* Resolving complex electrical issues proactively, including sourcing parts and seeking technical support.
* Adhering to the highest levels of health & safety, performing point-of-work risk assessments to ensure safe practices.
* Providing regular out-of-hours cover as part of a rota system.

About You
Essential Criteria
* NVQ Lv 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
* 18th Edition C&G 2382.
* Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a building maintenance role with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems.
* Current Full UK Driver’s License.
* Registered CSCS/CSR Card or equivalent skill card.
Desirable Criteria
* IOSH – Working Safely or CSCS Card.
* C&G 2391.
* IT Skills – familiarity with PDAs.
* Asbestos awareness training.
