Location: Commutable to Reading (hybrid working)
Remuneration: £35,000 - £45,000 + discretionary bonus

The role of the Technical Support Engineer – HVAC Products will involve:
* Pre-Sales Engineer position providing technical support to sales team, contractors and M&E consultants for all queries relating to HVAC products such as: AHUs, fan coils, chillers and heat pumps
* Offering support to the sales team in order to generate accurate quotations and specifications
* Responding to pre-installation questions from the client
* Liaising with factories, technical, contracts and sales team’s on a regular basis
* Sizing of residential heat pumps whether whole house or room by room
* Attending regular product training to stay up to date with the company’s product range
The ideal applicant will be a Technical Support Engineer – HVAC Products experience with:
* Must have technical knowledge of HVAC products
* Knowledge of AHUs, fan coils, chillers and heat pumps would be highly advantageous
* Ideally will have a qualification in refridgeration / air conditioning
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* IT literate (Microsoft Office & CRM systems)
