Architecture & Strategy - Senior Consultant
La Fosse are partnered with a multinational outsourcing firm to recruit an Enterprise Architect. This person will shape and implement data and integration architecture across the organisation.
Working closely with business stakeholders and IT leaders to define strategies, select appropriate technologies. They will also lead the development of data-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and own the roadmap for data and integration technologies, ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies.
* Provide architectural leadership, working closely with solution architects and delivery teams.
* Collaborate with business representatives and IT teams to drive data and integration initiatives.
* Develop and maintain technology and service roadmaps to meet future capability needs.
* Evaluate vendors and suppliers to ensure quality inputs aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
* Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
Skills Required:
* Extensive experience in data management, integration, and cloud-based technologies.
* Strong background in Microsoft Platforms (e.g., Synapse, Databricks, ADF, Power BI) and integration tools.
* Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing complex data architectures.
Location: Hybrid – Requiring 1-2 days per week in the West Midlands office.
