Job Description:
At Aubin & Wills, we are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join our Edinburgh store as a manager. As a Store Manager, you will be an essential part of our mission to promote and embody the Aubin & Wills lifestyle. This role requires a deep understanding of our brand, an appreciation for our values, and the ability to connect with our target audience. Key Responsibilities:
1. Community Building: Foster a sense of community and loyalty among Aubin & Wills customers through engagement initiatives, events, social media interactions & personal shopping within the local area and wider London.
2. B2B Collaboration: Curate a network of partnerships with local retail and hospitality that compliment Aubin with the view of increasing brand reach, awareness and sales.
3. Brand Representation: Serve as a living embodiment of the Aubin & Wills brand, showcasing our products and lifestyle in a compelling and authentic manner.
4. Customer Engagement: Interact with customers in-store, providing exceptional service, product knowledge, and style advice to build lasting relationships.
5. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest product offerings and communicate their unique features and benefits to customers effectively.
6. Sales and Targets: Achieve sales targets while delivering an unparalleled shopping experience.
7. Feedback and Insights: Provide valuable feedback and insights to the management team to enhance product offerings and customer experiences.
8. Implementation of visual guidelines provided by Creative Team.
Qualifications:
1. A genuine passion for men's fashion and the Aubin & Wills brand.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proven customer service experience.
4. Active client book that would work alongside the Aubin & Wills brand.
5. Proven networking ability external to the brand.
6. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
8. Knowledge of current fashion trends and the ability to style outfits.
9. Flexibility in work schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
* Edinburgh: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
Experience:
* Retail management: 2 years (preferred).
