As a Learning & OD Advisor, you will be at the forefront of driving cultural change across the organization. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Being part of the roll out process for our new values behavioural framework
2. Delivering engaging learning sessions to inspire and empower employees at all levels
3. Collaborating with leadership to integrate our values into everyday practices and decision-making processes
4. Acting as a change agent, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and growth

What we'll need you to bring
1. Educated to Degree level, preferably with a Post graduate level qualification
2. Professional qualifications appropriate to post e.g. CIPD, psychometric tools, coaching certificate or diploma.
3. The post holder must have significant, demonstrable experience of assessing requirement, design/developing, delivering, evaluating and maintaining a range of generic learning programmes, such as induction, communication skills, interpersonal skills, management development and customer care
4. Ability to design and facilitate development events for teams
5. Good influencing and negotiating skills
6. Experienced in Coaching individuals and/or teams
7. Experience of facilitation/supporting team development
8. Experience of e-learning
9. Experience of /understanding of working in a large, multi-site organisation
10. Excellent communication / interpersonal skills
11. Excellent presentation skills
12. Good planning and organisational skills
13. Good experience of Learning process / group Learning techniques
14. Good PC skills - ability to use Microsoft software to a high standard
15. Customer focus / positive attitude
16. Car Driver
17. Ability to travel between sites in Lanarkshire
18. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
19. Ability to work under pressure, balancing priorities and working to set timescales
Please note for all vacancies where a driving licence is required this must be a full UK/EU/EEA licence.
It would be great if you also have
1. Post graduate level qualification
2. Demonstrable experience delivering full learning cycle
3. Ability to work across staff groups at all levels
4. Previous experience of working in Learning, Education or OD environment
5. Previous relevant experience working in a large, complex organisation with demonstrable evidence of success
6. Knowledge and understanding of Learning or OD theories e.g. Action learning, coaching etc
7. Knowledge, understanding and experience of facilitation work
8. Knowledge and understanding of personal and team development approaches
9. Knowledge and experience of development of e-learning
10. Awareness of OD diagnostics
11. Experience of supporting projects and change initiatives
12. Proficient in IT systems and MS packages
13. Ability to develop/write policy documents and reports

This role will be based in Kirklands, Fallside Road Bothwell.
The working pattern for this role Mon-Fri; 9:00-5:00.
