Role: Bid Manager
Location: London / Essex
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent
The role:
You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the bid lifecycle, from initial identification through to submission, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance are maintained throughout.
Duties:
* Motivate and inspire the bid team
* Check progress and support the bid team members
* Provide feedback to bid team members about their performance on the bid
* Lead the bid strategy
* Understand the entire bid process
* Be accountable for everything that goes into the bid
Requirements:
* Track record of winning profitable work
* Experience using multiple software platforms
* Extensive experience in the tendering process and management of the PCSA period of a project
* Regional / National contractor experience as the Bid Manager
