In this pivotal position, you'll oversee the drawing office, ensuring the seamless translation of client concepts into precise technical drawings. Your expertise will guide the team through the design process, from initial client briefs to the final production stages. Collaborating closely with project managers and the manufacturing department, you'll ensure that all designs are both innovative and manufacturable, adhering to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Duties
Lead and manage the drawing office team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Interpret client briefs and architectural drawings to produce detailed joinery designs.
Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and client specifications.
Coordinate with project managers and the manufacturing team to align designs with production capabilities.
Oversee the development of prototypes and mock-ups as needed.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of materials, techniques, and industry trends.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in joinery design and management.
Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
