Description Business Support Management is a fast paced function, providing support to different lines of business within JP Morgan. The role we are currently recruiting for is a Compliance Analyst to work with our UK Regulatory Finance team within Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk. The role boasts many attributes for the chosen candidate to learn and grow within the regulatory landscape. As a Compliance Analyst within our Business Support Management team, you will be working alongside the UK Regulatory Finance team, you will support the Head of Regulatory with a vast remit and a team based in London. The role includes support across the PRA/FCA and ECB landscape with a focus on relationship management and coordination for interaction with all lines of business across the firm The UK Regulatory team is supported by change and policy functions, constantly adapting to meet the developing demands of our regulators and business. In this role, you will be a key player in arrangement and management of all regulatory meetings. Job Responsibilities Co-ordinate with Head or Regulatory and Regulatory Compliance Managers on arrangements of regulatory meetings Co-ordinate with other LoB (line of business) for arrangement of regulatory meetings Take full ownership of internal systems used to track regulatory meetings Take full ownership of weekly meetings with Compliance Managers for updates and next steps Advanced, proactive diary management to the Head of Regulatory with a vast schedule and travel requirements Partner with relevant groups to execute travel and entertainment booking and enable expense processing within policy - Escalates and enforces all Firmwide T&E policies with their team including receipt requirements and timely handover of required information Utilize internal systems, complete accurate data entry, produce reporting, MIS and metrics, and collate information using MS Office suite as required Partner with assistants across LoB to provide coverage as required and build a global network Support the management of key strategy forums and regulatory meetings, confident to input ideas and suggestions Coordinate activities and identify opportunities for alignment / efficiencies Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Knowledge of EMEA regulators Proactive anticipation (Coordination; agenda prep; problem solving) Strategic thinker with the ability to react dynamically with minimal supervision Excellent communication skills – written & verbal High proficiency in Microsoft Office products in particular Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint as well as other Office applications Perfect attention to detail with excellent communication (written, verbal & numeracy) Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment High level of emotional intelligence and confident to make own decisions Tact and good judgement in confidential situations Strong work ethic, self-starter who is creative with a ‘can-do’ attitude and proven ability to organise and manage own time effectively Shows strong initiative with good follow through
