BASIC SALARY: £25,000-£33,000

JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales Support Executive – Adhesive and Resins / Consumables
Whilst experience in a fast-paced operational setting is a plus, we’re open to diverse backgrounds. We want you to become a vital part of our team as an Internal Sales Executive. In this role you will receive first class product technical training to develop an in-depth knowledge of our products, as well as complementing a fantastic sales team.
Your role will involve:
· Developing relationships proactively with long established customers.
· Working in a dynamic team handling sales enquiries with proactive customer engagement.
· Creating technical quotations and building customer relationships.
· Supporting with the organisation of our attendance at a range of trade exhibitions
· Working in our office with customer field visits to establish and maintain contact with our key customers.
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Sales Support Executive – Adhesive and Resins /Consumables
You could be an aspiring or time served technically minded person working within a technical consumable business, in a perfect world you will work with a technical product or with boats or in the marine industry. You could also be a technically minded graduate looking for a role that can offer them growth and progression along with stability and personal development.
You will also demonstrate:
· A strong interest in developing a career with a focus on developing customer accounts.
· Previous experience in customer-facing roles, either in person or over the phone and CRM, with a clear ability to build customer rapport and establish strong relationships.
· Competent user of office technology, including the effective use of Excel which is used for specification calculations.
· Some knowledge or work experience that demonstrates you will be able to talk technically.
· Previous sales experience, especially in a B2B environment would be helpful but not necessary.
· Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential.
