Salary: £42,500 a year

About the Role
At Pathway, we provide high levels of support for adults and young people with learning disabilities and complex needs, in residential and supported living settings.
Our services combine the highest quality accommodation in small family scale homes, with a caring and dedicated support team, who support everyone to get out and about in the community doing what they love to do and leading fulfilled lives.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Manager to support continuous improvement across our services with a keen eye for detail, and a passion for maintaining high quality care standards.
Main Duties
* Implement a programme of continuous improvement initiatives and projects across the organisation
* Support our drive for continuous improvement through developing auditing tools and maintenance of our audit and compliance system
* Act as a Quality Improvement Lead in services that require support, to improve the service and or meet regulatory, contract or organisational requirements
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives, develop process maps, procedures and other documentation to support improvement initiatives
* Utilise data and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of changes and improvement
* Collaborate with our Home Managers and external stakeholders to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
* Mentor managers to continuously improve their service and produce robust Service Development Plans, embedding our values
Qualifications
* Significant social care management experience with particular emphasis on learning disabilities
* Demonstrable experience of service improvement in a social care setting
* Excellent problem-solving abilities to address quality issues effectively with strong change management experience
* Proficient in analysing data and identifying trends to improve quality processes
* Mentoring and coaching experience to upskill managers and their teams
* Ability to work as part of a team; lead by example, embedding the organisation’s values
* This role is Horsham based with a requirement to travel to our services on a regular basis providing support where it is needed the most.
